Little Ports LLC ("Little Ports," "we," "us," or "our") makes personalized, port-by-port activity kits for kids on cruises. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and which kit type you're interested in, when you sign up to be notified about launch.
• Order information: your first and last name, email address, cruise ship name, departure date, and itinerary details, so we can build your personalized kit.
• Children's information (Physical Kits only): the first name and age of each child the kit is for, provided by you as the parent or guardian, used solely to personalize and label the printed kit. We do not collect this information directly from children, and it is never used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to produce your kit.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details on our own systems.
• Website usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics, to understand how people use our site.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your personalized kit (digital or physical).
• To send order confirmations, quality-control notifications, and shipping updates.
• To notify you when new kits, ports, or features launch, if you've joined our waitlist.
• To improve our site and offerings based on general usage trends.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Little Ports, and only as needed to provide our service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending order confirmation and notification emails.
• Google Workspace (Sheets & Drive) — storing waitlist sign-ups and a secure backup copy of generated kit files.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Railway — hosting for our order-processing application.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, respond to any follow-up questions, and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you at any time by emailing info@littleports.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

Our site uses Google Analytics, which places a small cookie in your browser to help us understand site traffic. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
