These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Ports website and your purchase of a Little Ports activity kit. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Little Ports LLC ("Little Ports," "we," "us," or "our") creates personalized, port-by-port activity kits for kids on cruises, built around your exact itinerary.

Our products

• Digital Kit ($24): a downloadable PDF, typically delivered within 24 hours of your order.
• Physical Kit ($62 per kit): a printed and assembled kit including colored pencils, a keepsake box, a lanyard, and hide-a-duck sailors. We email a preview within 24 hours of your order, you have 24 hours to review it and request changes or cancel, and after that (or once you approve) it's printed, packaged, and typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 5 business days. Currently available for shipping within the United States. A flat $8.99 shipping fee applies to single-kit orders; orders of 2 or more kits ship free.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order; we do not store your full payment details. For Physical Kits, the total charge reflects one kit per child listed on your order.

Personalization & accuracy

Kits are built using the cruise ship, dates, and itinerary information you provide. We make reasonable efforts to match your kit to your actual cruise itinerary, but cruise lines can change ports, dates, or schedules without notice, and we're not responsible for discrepancies caused by such changes. Please double-check the details you enter before submitting your order.

Personal use only

Kits are made for your family's personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing Little Ports kits or their contents for commercial purposes is not permitted without our written consent.

Refunds & shipping

Refund and shipping details are covered in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Ports' total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
